If you're incapacitated after a motor vehicle crash, a Yellow Dot sticker on your rear window can lead first responders to vital medical information in your glove compartment. Hillsborough County launched Yellow Dot to improve the effectiveness of on-scene emergency rescuers. Advocates say the stickers, part of a national program, save lives.
